Guide passo passo per sfruttare al meglio AdMotion: cataloghi, feed, modelli e il tuo account.
Primi passi
Segui queste guide in ordine per avere il tuo primo feed attivo.
Catalogs
3 guideHow to add a catalog
Connect a product data source (direct URL, FTP, Google Sheets, Shopify, Tiendanube, BigCommerce) and import your products: update schedule, field mapping and common import errors.
How to map your catalog fields
The catalog's Fields tab: imported field vs catalog field, the field types and subtypes, why Item ID and the main image matter, the decimal separator on prices, when a change needs a re-import, and why a renamed column in your source file loses its mapping.
Passo 2How to create catalog sets
Filter a catalog into a named set for your feeds: building conditions and groups, the two operators called "is equal to", why number filters treat blanks as zero, one variant per product, building a set with AI, and why an empty set makes channels delete your products.
Feeds
3 guideHow to publish your feed
Hand a feed's URL to Meta, Google Shopping, TikTok or any other channel: where to find the URL, protecting it with a username and password, checking it in the Preview tab, how often it refreshes, and what the 401/403/410 errors a channel reports mean.
Passo 4How to create a feed
Build a feed for one advertising channel: picking the catalog, set, channel and channel type, why changing the catalog, the channel or the file format re-maps every field, choosing templated or original images and variants, checking required and recommended fields, the field order deciding your output order, file formats, and what the Ready/Incomplete/Paused/Disabled badges mean.
How to use rules
Transform and filter products with rules: import rules (on a catalog, applied to every feed at import) vs export rules (on a feed, applied on every fetch), conditions and actions, excluding products, rule order, writing rules with AI (it rewrites the whole list), reusing rules from another feed, and why an invalid rule silently does nothing.
Account
2 guideHow to share a project with your team
Invite people to a project and control what they can touch: what the Catalogs, Feeds, Templates and Account permissions each unlock, how invitations are accepted, why a section may be missing from someone's menu, owners, removing people and leaving a project.
Plans, quotas and billing
Find and change your subscription (there is no Plans menu entry): what the plan limits — markets/catalogs, products and feeds — where to see your usage, subscribing, upgrading and downgrading with prorations, invoices and payment method in the Stripe portal, why feeds need a subscription, and what stops working if the plan lapses.
Templates
2 guideHow to create a template
Design one canvas that renders a different ad image per product: binding text to catalog fields, the {field|fn} placeholders, showing and hiding layers per product with rules, previewing against real products, multiple sizes and the primary size, removing a background while designing, and why saving a template makes channels re-crawl the images of every size you changed.
How to use the background remover
Cut backgrounds from product photos across a catalog set: attaching a remover to a set is the whole integration, the human review loop, why the default behaviour excludes unreviewed products from your feeds, re-running on import, why replacing a file behind the same URL isn't picked up straight away, transparency and channels, and how it differs from the editor button.
